About us Rockwall Drug & General Store is a family owned independent retail pharmacy. The owner, Ashley grew up in Rockwall and it has forever been her dream to always have a retail pharmacy in her hometown. When the opportunity arose to be in Downtown next to her family’s businesses, Ashley and her husband jumped at the chance and are excited to be a part of the community. We are more than a drug store. Our unique and vintage storefront is like no other pharmacy in Rockwall. Our goal is to bring back that apothecary feel with our Candy bar, Blue Bell ice cream, coffee bar, and retail merchandise.
